Up for sale is a 1985 Chevy K5 Blazer rock crawler. I have moved and don’t crawl much anymore, and it doesn’t need to be neglected. Here are most of the options…
-5.3 Vortec out of a 2001 Chevy truck. It runs very well with around 60,000 miles on the motor.
-SM465 w/ hydro clutch.
-NP205 twin sticked with the shift rails to make it front dig capable.
-Dana 60 front w/ 5.38’s, Detroit locker, hydro assist steering, high steer tie rod & drag link, heavy duty diff cover, and 35 splice axle shafts with no “neck” downs.
-14 Bolt rear w/ 5.38’s, Detroit locker, disc brake conversion (no e-brake), heavy duty pinion guard, and the Balistic Fab 14 bolt shave kit.
Suspension, Wheels & Tires:
-Front suspension consists of a DIY4X B-52 kit to accept 52″ springs (originally from the rear of the Blazer) and ORD shackles. Has shock mounts from a F250 with long travel Bilsteins.
-Rear suspension consists of 56″ springs from a mid 80’s Chevy truck with a ORD shackle flip kit and ORD shackles. Has a crossmember type mount for the rear shocks which are also long travel Bilsteins.
-Four 39 1/2x13x15 Super Swamper IRocks mounted on 15×10 black bullet-hole powdercoated simulated bead-locks. However, there are Inner Air Locks to seal the inner and outer beads.
-Has a full roll cage with 2 Hunsacker front seats that will recline and adjust and the factory rear seat.
-Has a custom stainless steel roughly 20 gallon flat type of fuel cell with a sump.
-ORD front bumper and a Warn 8274 winch w/ synthetic rope. Also includes 2- 6″ Hella’s.
-Custom rear bumper with a CB antenna mount.
-I installed 4 rock lights that light up the ground for when wheeling at night.
-The rocker panels have been cut out and installed 2×4 steel tubing in place of it.
-DIY4X tube doors and will also include 2 factory doors.
-The top is not on the truck and I do not know if it will still fit, however I will include that as well.
-One of the tires have been vulcanized but has worked fine.
-The body is in bad shape with A LOT of body damage! If you’re looking for a nice body, this Blazer is not for you!
-The Blazer is street able but needs a good road set of tires for that purpose.
Any offers or trades will be considered, mainly for a RZR. The Blazer is located in Donalds, SC, and I travel during the week for my work so weekends work the best for me. I can be reached at the phone number above (Call or text). Thank you!
