Truck sold new Western Nebraska.

Has p/s, p/b, a/c (not charged), light duty trailer hitch, cruise. Upgraded with 1976 3/4 axles. Horn, lights wipers all work. Actual mileage unknown as a previous owner took out the original cluster!

MECHANICS: Has a rebuilt 400 SB with 4 bolt main, rebuilt Turbo 400 transmission. Trans was rebuilt 2 years ago, engine was rebuilt before I purchased it My mechanic went thru the engine and put in the following: new timing chain, water pump, hoses, and thermostat. Rebuilt Holley carb. Has 3 core high performance radiator. New heater core, rt front caliper, upper and lower ball joints. Front hubs have been serviced- greased & new seals, New door weather stripping. Transmission was serviced in June. New starter and neutral safety switch also done at that time.

Good all terrain tires.

BODY and INTERIOR: Frame is good. Underbody has some rust in the outer front crossmembers and all 4 fenders have rust. Driver’s side rocker is rusted.

Interior is original and in decent condition except the driver’s seat. Someone installed outdoor carpeting and an aftermarket radio.

What it needs: Truck runs great; I use it for around town errands. The following items need attention: front shaft is currently out of the truck and needs repair. Transfer case has a leak. Tailgate window quit working last winter. Radio will work intermittently; probably a loose wire.

Truck’s front end wanders at highway speeds. My mechanic said it should either have wedges installed where the camber / caster is set or may need a stabilizer shock.
