1984 K5 Blazer
SB350, turbo 700 trans, np 208 t-case ( rebuilt w/ sye kit ) new driveline, new 35×12.5x 15 Goodyear mt on fake bead lock wheels, new exhaust, new upper and lower ball joints, new brakes, 6” lift, new seals for windows and hard top, new vinyl floor and insulation from lmc truck, new door panels, new battery, new distributor, leather seats out of Escalade front and back, very nice aluminum radiator runs cool never gets hot. No major rust. The rust that it does have is surface only. The original Root beer brown paint. It drives very nice for a blazer and it has been very dependable. I’ve driven it back and forth from Eugene to bend multiple times and enjoyed every trip.
It does have surface rust on doors where Silverado trim was. Warn hub on driver side needs replaced eventually. Crack in side window on hardtop. Overall a very solid reliable K5. I have to many projects I don’t see myself finishing this anytime soon so I’m parting ways to make room.
