This is a solid vehicle since I had over $6000 in sheet metal work done including new floor pans, bed floors, rockers, new inner fenders, etc. complete windshield frame was also installed- any other rust was cut out and good solid panels inserted and welded back. best restoration shop in Knoxville did all the work.
Also mechanically, I have had all the following replaced…new radiator, new carb, complete new aluminized exhaust system, all new brakes, water pump, new clutch/pressure plate, t-o bearing. I drove the truck for about 6 months before starting restoration. all it needs now to be road worthy again is lights and gauge cluster installed. it’s had a very smooth 305 c.i. installed before I bought it..very quiet with smoothest clutch I’ve had in a while.
Not shown, but included…original fiberglas hard top w/ very minor repair needed on right front corner. I also just bought (still unopened) soft top, over $1000 plus shipping. I have already bought some of the weatherstripping which is included.
It has dealer installed roll bar which was 3 pc rather than single pc factory install. it has the original rear bench seat, needing rehab. I have one original front bucket seat…had the other and IF I find it it goes, also. it now has 6 way electric front seats needing rehab. I have all the trim, lights, gauges original to the truck.
It’s in primer now and probably needs reprimer and sealed since it’s been about 6 mo. since done.
Illness forces me sell what was gonna be a keeper.
