1989 Chevy Chevrolet K5 . Has not seen a winter in over 15 years , allways garaged . I restored , painted , and lifted this truck in 2009 it had 89,000 miles on it . Drove it four summers 101,000 miles currently . Southern body shell , new doors , fenders , inners , hood , body mounts , 6″ suspension lift , 2″ body lift . New tank , sending unit , lines , throttle body , distributor , brakes , calipers , whl. cylinders , lines , exhaust , ball joints , axle and driveshaft U – joints , and the list goes on . Never seen salt or mud since I’ve owned it . Nice interior . I would keep this truck forever but health issues require it to go . It’s not perfect , could use a few minor things but It’s as nice of an example of a classic K5 you”ll find locally .
